Job Responsibilities 工作職責

• Introduce hotel products and services to guests
• Record and process reservations made by different booking channels
• Prepare reservations reports as requested
• Handling enquiries and phone calls

Job Requirement 工作要求

• Certificate / Diploma Holder in Hospitality Management, Tourism or related disciplines
• 1 year hotel reservations or operator experience is preferred
• More experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Agent
• Proficiency in computer operation and knowledge in MS Office
• Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
