Reservations Agent

Job Description

• Provide excellent customer service to guests
• Assist guests in making room reservations
• Ensure bookings are in good order and accurately recorded in the system
• Handle guest inquiries in a timely and efficient manner

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Detailed-oriented and customer-focused
