Job Responsibilities
- To record and process all reservation inquiries made by phone, fax or email efficiently and accurately and converted to sales where possible to meet hotel targets
- Monitors reservation levels and inform the Revenue & Reservations Manager of current and future occupancy rates
- Manages “no show" reservations by investigation and recording of same
- Maintains knowledge of special rates/ offers/ promotions/products/service of the Hotel, Priority Club and IHG
- Records special billing arrangements for all reservations
- Processes amendments to reservations such as extensions, early departures, etc
Job Requirement
- Vocational Certificate or above education qualifications in Hotel Management, Business Administration or related field
- With 1 year related experience, preferably in hotel industry
- Good command of English and Chinese
- Fresh graduates are also welcomed
- Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Reservations Sales Agent
- Immediate available is an advantage
- Working Location: Mongkok
