Reservations Sales Agent 訂房部文員 (5 Days Work 5 天工作制)

Job Descriptions:

• To be responsible to answer all incoming calls for the hotel reservations services promptly, politely and helpfully
• Accept reservations accourding to the room situation and availability
• Input confirmed reservation information into computer so as to have the most up-dated room situation at all time

Requirements:

• Preferably with 1-2 years relevant experience in similar capacity
• Diploma holder in Hotel Management
• Preferably with Opera System knowledge
• Pleasant personality, good telephone manner and communication skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
