Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates Architects Ltd invites applicants for the following post of resident site staff for ArchSD Consultancy Agreement No. 9AB109- Tsim Sha Tsui Fire Station Complex, To Wah Road:

Resident Architect (RA)

駐地盤建築師

Minimum qualifications:

• Full member or Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) or equivalent or a Registered Architect of the Architects Registration Board of Hong Kong.

• At least 3 years’ post-qualification experience as an architect (in architecture).

• Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)/ Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or equivalent.[Note * Grade E in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted  administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.]

• Degree, certificate, Dip or higher Dip in occupational safety and health or in construction safety holder is preferable.

• 香港建築師學會（HKIA）的正式成員或院士或相等或香港建築師註冊委員的註冊建築師。

• 至少3年的建築師經驗（在建築行業）。

• 及在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科達到第二級*或以上成績或同等學歷。[註*2007年以前的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科(課程乙)所考獲的E級成績亦接受等同於2007年後的香港中學會考的中國語文科及英國語文科所考獲的第二級成績。]

• 持有職業安全健康或建築安全的學位，證書，文憑或高級文憑者為佳。
