Residents Relations Officer (Concierge)

Responsibility:

  • Provide premier customer services to our residents in residential developments
  • Handle customer enquiries at concierge of lobbies
  • Greet visitors at the lobby
  • Provide assistance to the clubhouse and property management operations

Requirements:

  • HKDSE graduate / F.7 or above
  • 1 year of customer service experience in property management / hotel management
  • Pleasant, cheerful, customer-oriented and cooperative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Cantonese
  • Good PC skills (MS. Word / MS. Excel)
  • Immediate available is preferred
