Resourcing Manager (Job ID: 2267)

Responsibilities:

  • To partner with business managers to provide one-stop professional HR solutions including manpower planning, talent acquisition and retention
  • To identify and provide solutions on staff issues
  • To work closely with other HR specialist teams to ensure talents are attracted, retained and developed to meet the business needs
  • To ensure HR activities are in compliance with local legislations and the Bank's policies
  • To support ad hoc projects as necessary

Requirements:

  • University graduate
  • Minimum of 7 years' relevant HR generalist experience
  • Experience in handling volume recruitment or licensing staff is preferred
  • Well-versed in employment related ordinances and regulations
  • Proactive, mature, detail-minded, and a good team player
  • Able to work independently and under pressure
  • Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command on both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
