  • Licensed holder of SFC Type 4 & Type 9
  • A Type 4, 9 licensed representative with an exceptional qualification
will also be considered
  • Degree holder in Finance, Financial Services, Banking, Economics or
related disciplines
  • 4-8 years of finance related work experience, preferably with exposure
in Fund management
  • Possess solid understanding of SFC regulations and guidelines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing
priorities
  • Strong analytical and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Professional, focused, and disciplined approach to work
responsibilities
  • An excellent command of Mandarin, Cantonese, and English are required

Job Duties:
  • This role will be reporting to the Head of Asset Management, and hold
up a wide range of responsibilities such as operational management
fund management, strategic planning, and fund marketing
  • Act as Responsible Officer with management responsibilities and duties
to supervise SFC Type 4, 9 regulated activities
  • Keep the Board promptly and fully informed of the conduct of the
business and comply with all legal and compliance issues
  • Provide investment advisory services and establish sales distribution
channels
  • Involve in the marketing planning, business development, capital
raising projects, etc
  • Perform fund management tasks such as liquidity provisions of the fund
client asset transfer, liaison with fund administrator, custodian bank
