Restaurant General Manager – Western Cuisine

Reporting to the Senior F&B Manager, the talent will be in-charge of the full floor operation of a new business unit. He/she will be responsible for overseeing the service flow & quality, staff management and coaching, customer feedbacks handling, etc. in order to ensure to providing the highest quality of dining experience to our customers.


  • Oversee the restaurant operations’ efficiency, execute strategies to achieve company goals, sales target,  business development and brand development
  • Plan, develop and monitor internal control system to ensure effective cost and wastage control, and efficient resources utilization
  • Ensure the daily operations are smooth and efficient, comply with the statutory requirements according to the rules & regulations established by government authorities
  • Manage the team to ensure company standards can be maintained effectively in assigned operation area in terms of food quality, customer service and food hygiene & safety
  • Handle customers’ enquiries, feedbacks or complaints when necessary; build and maintain strong relationship and loyalty with customers
  • Provide training and coaching to the staff members to ensure the quality & consistency of service
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and implement the marketing activity plans or promotional offers
  • Perform restaurant duties as assigned by Senior F&B Manager


  • At least 5 years work experience in similar capacity in Western restaurants or relevant F&B operations.
  • Exposure in brasserie or bar operation management will be a bonus
  • Good knowledge in wine & beverage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Pleasant, outgoing and passion to work in hospitality and / or F&B industry
  • Self-motivator with good coaching skill, and to deliver on-the-job training to staff
  • Good management skill with strong leadership, positive mind-set, detailed service and customer driven
  • Good communications skill and able to build up rapport with staff & customers
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese, not limit to Cantonese & Mandarin
