Restaurant Manager – Spanish Cuisine (Pica Pica)

Pica Pica is a neighborhood Spanish Tapas bar located in Sheung Wan. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, professional and eager-to-learn team members.
 

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the restaurant’s KPI in terms of financial, operations, marketing and people
• Ensure the operations of the restaurant are smooth and efficient
• Maintain equipment in good repair and all venues in perfect conditions
• Lead the team to achieve the company requirement and meet all regulations regarding hygiene and safety
• Supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of customer service
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and implement the marketing activity plans
• Responsible for producing timely and accurate reports on the operations of conditions of the Company
• Perform any other restaurant duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar capacity in a Western restaurant/concept or any relevant F&B operations
• Pleasant, outgoing and passionate to work in the hospitality industry
• Extensive wine knowledge or training would be preferable
• Good planning skill, organized with strong numerical sense
• Self-motivator with good coaching skills, and delivers on-the-job training to staff
• Excellent communication, presentation and customer service skills
• Proficient in English is a must, while with good command of Cantonese & other languages will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office while Word and Excel are a must
• Good management skills with a positive mindset, detailed service and customer driven
