The Job 職責

  • Responsible for the restaurant’s KPI in term of financial, operations, marketing and people
  • Ensure the daily operations are smooth and efficient
  • Manage the team to deliver an excellence customer service to the customers to sustain the brand’s image
  • Provide training and coaching to the staff members to ensure the quality & consistency of service
  • Collaborate with Marketing team to develop and implement the marketing activity plans
  • Perform restaurant duties as assigned by Operations Manager
  • 負責跟進餐廳的於財政上、營運上、市場銷售上、以及人事管理上的績效評核指標
  • 確保餐廳每日有效及順暢地運作
  • 管理團體以提供優受的服務予客人,為餐廳保持良好口碑
  • 提供指導及培訓予同事,以確保服務的品質及一致性
  • 與市場銷售部保持緊密溝通,以推行各項市場銷售的活動
  • 執行其他由營運經理指派的餐廳職務

The Person 職位要求

  • At least 5 years work experience in similar capacity in Japanese restaurants or relevant F&B operations.
  • Pleasant, outgoing and passion to work in hospitality and / or F&B industry
  • Self-motivator with good coaching skill, and to deliver on-the-job training to staff
  • Good management skill with positive mind-set, detailed service and customer driven
  • Good communications skill and able to build up rapport with customers
  • 具備至少5年相關工作經驗於日式餐廳或其他餐飲營運
  • 性格外向,對從事餐飲業充滿熱誠
  • 積極主動,良好領導能力,能為同事推行在職培訓
  • 良好管理能力,擁有正面思維,心思仔細及以客為先
  • 良好溝通技巧,與客人建立良好關係
