Job Duties:

  • Manage the operation of a Masakan Malaysia restaurant
  • Implement company marketing plan
  • Manage crew (including part-time) scheduling
  • Managing inventory of restaurant items and maintenance of equipment
  • Maintaining cleanliness of dining room
  • Taking orders from tables
  • Clearing and delivering food from kitchen to table
  • Interact with customers with professionalism and courtesy 


  • 8 years or above relevant working experience in F&B operations
  • Good communication skills and supervisory skills
