Restaurant Manager - Western Cuisine

- Manage restaurant daily operations and ensure team members provide high-quality service standard
- Promote the brand image of the restaurant
- Report market trends to management and assist in marketing and promotion plans formulation and collateral design
- Keep abreast of competitor's activities to formulate business strategies for maximizing competitive edges
- Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts (monthly and annually) of the restaurant
- Manage the performance of subordinates through effective leadership and coaching skills
- Control costs to ensure profits are in line with budgeted revenue
