Due to our rapid expansion plan, we are currently seeking a high caliber candidate to join our team to support our upcoming restaurants opening and brand building.

Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily outlet operations both in the kitchen and service
  • Ensure that all equipment is in working order and coordinate repairs and maintenance
  • Follow and implement corporate SOPs and customer service standard
  • Ensure daily reporting is accurate
  • Be in charge of outlet operations to ensure efficient and smooth operations and achieve business goals
  • Coach and train frontline staff to meet company’s standard in customer service, operation, health and safety
  • Ensure rosters and holiday plans are in compliance with the regulatory requirements
  • Assist with recruitment and staff performance evaluation
  • Inventory control and cost management

Work together with different internal stakeholders in menu creation, marketing, promotion...etc. With the objective to improve business performance and awareness

Responsibilities and Duties

Requirements

  • You have at least 3 year of restaurant supervisory experience
  • You have strong commercial sense and understand the F&B market in Hong Kong
  • You are able to lead by example, a problem solver and strong communication skill. You will be working with people from different cultural background
  • You have extensive knowledge in food and wine and passionate about the industry
  • Good command of spoken and written English, fluency in Chinese highly desired
