Major responsibilities:
• Responsible for routine operations of the restaurant
• Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high quality of service and ensure the achievement of sales targets, KPIs and operation efficiency
• Formulate, execute and review standard operating procedures for restaurant operations and ensure the execution effectiveness
• Monitor and keep close control on food quality, hygiene and work safety issues
• Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and sales forecast of the store for management meeting
• Implement branding and marketing promotions
• Work closely with internal departments and pursue timely and effective communication
• Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
• Need to travel

• Diploma or above.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Retails, Food and Beverage or Hotel Management. (Candidates with less experience will be considered Assistant Manager)
• Fluent communication with English, Cantonese and Mandarin, both spoken and written
• Willing to work on shift
• Customer Orientated, a good leader and a team player
• A desire to grow their career with the company.
