Oversee day-to-day operations and monitor performance of the chain restaurant to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard
Assist Top Management to develop overall strategies and initiatives for daily operations and management.
Work with Shop Managers to analyze weekly and monthly sales activity, revenue and P&L reports, to ensure adherence to budgets, business plans and targets
Leading, coaching and training all shop managers in line with expectations of their respective plans;
To manage, train, motivate and mentor frontline with expectations of their respective plans
Monitor daily restaurant administration duties including cashiering, food purchasing, personnel, repair and maintenance, security and general administration of chain restaurants
Ensure operating procedures and workflows of the restaurants are in compliance with local regulatory and QA policies and procedures of food safety and product quality, with regular hygiene inspection
Assist to collect market research information on customer expectation, competitors and industry specification for business planning
Assist in new store development, system development and other ad-hoc projects as assigned.
At least 5 years relevant experience in sizeable Chain Catering outlets
Strong leadership and communication skills along with positive and driven attitude
Strong analytical skill, good interpersonal and problem solving
Proficiency with excel and word processing
Fluent in Cantonese, spoken and written English
Immediate available is highly recommended
