Job Highlights

  • 10 years experience in Japanese restaurant

Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for daily operation of Japanese restaurant 
  • Direct, lead and coach the service team to deliver high quality service to our valuable customers
  • Ensure hygiene and cleanliness are maintained according to required standards
  • Plan and organize F&B promotions and special events of different business units
  • Prepare sales reports with data analysis and improvement suggestions for management
  • Handle customers’ enquiries and complaints
  • Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Business Management /Hospitality Management / Hotel management
  • 10 years or above of working experience in Japanese restaurant and at least 7 years at managerial level
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and experience of cost control, sourcing and inventory management
  • Service-oriented with good communication & problem solving skills
  • Knowledge of kitchen operation with experience in working with chef on menu planning
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in MS office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
