Restaurant Receptionist 餐廳接待員 - 中環或銅鑼灣

Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests in a professional manner
• Answer telephone enquiries, handle reservations and confirm daily booking
• Responsible for table arrangement to ensure smooth restaurant operation

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 years relevant experience in F&B industry
• Excellent in communication & interpersonal skill
• Good command in spoken & written English & Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus but not required

職責:

• 迎接和招待會員及其客人
• 接聽電話，處理預訂並確認每日會員的訂座
• 負責餐桌安排以確保餐廳運作順暢

要求:

• 一年或以上餐廳餐飲服務經驗
• 良好粵語及英語， 一般普通話
• 具備餐桌管理系統工作經驗
