  • Responsible for full set of receptionist duties including greeting guests, handling telephone enquiries, and managing customer bookings
  • Maintain high standards and professional services in meeting customers' expectations


  • Form 5 standard with minimum 2 years relevant reception experience
  • Good command in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Passionate in Food & Beverage industry with positive work attitude
  • Good customer service and communication skills
