Restaurant Recruitment Specialist (On site recruitment)

Key Accountabilities:

  • Work closely with Operations Manager & respective Business Consultant to identify the front-line recruitment needs and target to achieve, organize and execute recruitment activities accordingly (On-site recruitment, crew referral program, hiring the customer, and local community program etc.)
  • Recommend various recruitment posting channels, such as social media, print adv. and websites, to ensure reach out to the target candidates
  • Report recruitment progress to Operations Manager & respective Business Consultant on a weekly basis and develop action plan to achieve target
  • Work closely with Training team to ensure new staff ‘s smooth on-boarding
  • Conduct onsite recruitment and candidate selection process

Key Requirement / Competencies:

  • With Higher Diploma or above education background
  • Over 3 years of Frontline Operations or HR experience, ideally with exposure to F&B, Retail or FMCG recruitment
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Able to perform multi-task in fast paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
  • Proactive, result-oriented and with can-do attitude
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Immediate availability is definitely advantageous
