RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Restaurant Manager to perform daily operations and sale performance
  • Provide support in food and beverage selection and ordering, price setting, stock controlling and staff management
  • In charge daily operations  for meeting room and coordinate with sales team
  • Capable of building relationships with team members and customers

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma holder with min. 3 years’ F&B experience in hotels and at least 1 years’ at supervisory level
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, proactive and customer-oriented
  • A good team-player with strong leadership and problem solving skills
  • Customer focused and results oriented
  • Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese
