Assist Restaurant Manager to perform daily operations and sale performance
Provide support in food and beverage selection and ordering, price setting, stock controlling and staff management
In charge daily operations for meeting room and coordinate with sales team
Capable of building relationships with team members and customers
Diploma holder with min. 3 years’ F&B experience in hotels and at least 1 years’ at supervisory level
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, proactive and customer-oriented
A good team-player with strong leadership and problem solving skills
Customer focused and results oriented
Excellent communications skills in English and Chinese
