Assist manage in daily operation, such as serving food and beverage to guests, reservations, setting tables or etc
Maintain and create outstanding services to guest in accordance with hotel standands
Lead the team and maintain own section to meet guest satisfaction
Certificate or above in Hotel and Catering or related disciplines
At least 3 years of restaurant operations experience
Outgoing, service-oriented with good communication skill
Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
Candidates with less experience will be considered as Captain
