Restaurant Supervisor (Pre-opening Restaurant)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist manage in daily operation, such as serving food and beverage to guests, reservations, setting tables or etc
  • Maintain and create outstanding services to guest in accordance with hotel standands
  • Lead the team and maintain own section to meet guest satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Certificate or above in Hotel and Catering or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of restaurant operations experience
  • Previous experience in launching the opening of new restaurant will be a PLUS
  • Outgoing, service-oriented with good communication skill
  • Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Captain
