Major Responsibilities

  1. To assist the Food and Beverage Manager, on controls and analyses, on an on-going basis, the quality of product and service, guest satisfaction, merchandising and marketing, operation costs, Health and Safety.
  2. To achieve the highest guest satisfaction, attend to guest requests and complaints.
  3. To maintain good relationship with all members and guests.
  4. To supervise daily operation of all F&B outlets.
  5. To cooperate and communicate with management, supervisors and colleagues to ensure effective workflow.
  6. To participate in menu planning and setup.
  7. To coordinate with other departments to plan, organize and execute menu and event marketing plans. 
  8. To maintain safe and hygienic standards, report any risk potential to management.



  1. Diploma holder or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
  2. At least 8 years’ relevant experience in which 3 years in managerial level
  3. Strong leadership, problem solving and decision making skills
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate well with all levels and across departments
  5. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
