Retail Account Manager - Oil & Gas

Overview
Reporting to the CBRE Alliance Director, the primary role of the Real Estate Service Provider for Hong Kong & Guam Region is to steward and manage client's retail real estate portfolio acting on instructions from the Real Estate Manager (REM) from the client's side, and ensure implementation of market network plans and achievement of yearly work plans.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop the alliance relationship through
    • Clear and effective communication
    • Interfacing with Client's Real Estate Manager / Business service groups
    • Working as a team to enhance/improve processes
    • Identifying areas of value added services
  • Manage market network plan targets and yearly work plans, and provide resources to achieve work requirements. Accept guidance/instructions from client and to ensure implementation of market network plans
  • Coordinate and administer real estate transactions in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Asia Pacific Retail Real Estate Alliance Standard Operating Procedures / E-Manual
  • Comply with terms and conditions of CBRE alliance contract, including all controls requirements
  • Carry out day-to-day real estate activities (e.g. Lease Renewal, Collection of Market Info, Research and demographic, liaison with client contacts, other CBRE teams and government agencies, follow up with individual Landlords, manage lease and contract administration, support client in tender) to manage effectively client's real estate portfolio
  • Collect information to enable client to prepare economic analysis for management review and endorsement
  • Prepare proposal packages (acquisition, lease renewal, disposal, etc.) for management endorsement
  • Manage client's operating expenses within budget.
  • Manage lease databases to ensure accuracy and timeliness of data, and meet all critical dates
  • Track lease payments and ensure payments are being made in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide Real Estate input for development of the annual business plan (P&B)
  • Filling and Admin work
  • Willing to travel within HK / to Guam / Saipan region, including site visits to gas service station / vacant land, etc
  • Preparation of monthly reports and support preparations of Quarterly Business Review / Regional Steering Committee Reports.


  • Key Requirements/ Qualifications
    • Candidates with Graduates (degree) from Real Estate or Project Management disciplines with minimum 2 years' experience are encouraged to apply.
    • Candidates with experience/knowledge of property transactions in Hong Kong market and company controls/procedures will be an added advantage.
    • Thorough and meticulous work practices, excellent attention to detail, remaining task focused
    • Able to work with accuracy under pressure and meet deadlines
    • Ability to build and maintain working relationships with clients and colleagues whilst working in a team environment
    • Good command in English (verbal and written communication skills)
