Retail Administration Officer

Accountabilities – Key Result Areas

  • To provide general clerical and administrative support to shops and warehouse including shop supplies procurement and inventory control, cleaning service arrangement, general insurance, and equipment maintenance
  • Provide administrative support for retail operations
  • Maintain adequate and timely communication between office and frontline shop
  • Monitor shop facilities administration and maintenance
  • Coordinate with other departments for shop operation and management
  • Perform ad hoc tasks as required

Experience / Qualification Requirements

  • Diploma / Degree holder with hands on experience in retail administration work is preferred
  • Good interpersonal skills and communicate well with all levels of staff
  • Responsible and attentive to details, mature and well-organized
  • Good command of spoken and written in Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
