RESPONSIBILITES

Daily Operations

  • Provide support on day-to-day retail operations and sales activities
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the retail team
  • Require data entry, data checking and data filling in the system with accuracy
  • Ensure effective communication between office and retail stores
  • Prepare regular analytical reports for manager’s review
  • Perform ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience in Retail Admin Field, preferably in retail / luxury retail industry is an advantage
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels
  • Independent, mature, attentive to details, able to deliver timely, quality output and capable of multi-tasking
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in computer applications in particular MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power Point and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate availability is highly preferred
