Retail Area Manager

  • Strengthen retail operational efficiency
  • Enhance the quality of retail sales and operations of our chain
  • Train and coach the retail team to provide excellent customer service by exceeding the expectation of the customers and building strong rapport with customers
  • Ensure efficient and effective communication between retail team, food production team and management team
  • Perform related duties and special projects as assigned


  • Higher Diploma or above in Retail Management / Hospitality Management or a related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with 3 years at supervisory level in retail operations from FMCG or hospitality industry. Experience in French café or Western food & beverage retail chain is preferred
  • Hands-on experience in building strong retail team is an added advantage
  • Passionate in pastry, coffee, chocolate and confectionary
  • Self-driven, result-oriented, independent, meticulous and analytical
  • Strong interpersonal, people management and problem solving skills
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
