THE GIG (Summary of the Role)

Act as a key player to facilitate communication between office and store to handle all kinds of administrative works related to retail store operations.

 

THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART (Job Description)

  • Follow up retail in-store promotion and seasonal sales strategies to drive incremental business, includes but not limited to POP production, promotion result tracking report etc.
  • Compute regular retail sales analysis and KPI reports with POS data management & maintenance
  • Stock replenishment inclusive of merchandising order, inventory control, stock allocation and transfer in store level
  • Support Retail team in preparing various documentations to HR Dept. for compliance eg. monthly sales commission / incentive program, part time salary calculation, organization charts update etc.
  • Fulfill Finance reports and follow up on retail-related payments eg store expenses and rental payment
  • Retail new hires orientation & coordinate retail training program
  • New store / bargain / pop-up stores preparation
  • Liaise with different parties (e.g. landlord / contractors etc) to follow up repair and maintenance works for retail stores
  • Assist Senior Retail Manager in handling ad-hoc assignments

  • Tertiary education with 1-2 years of working experience
  • Good follow up skills to work with internal stakeholders- merchandising, operations, finance, HR
  • Proactive, well-organized and detail-oriented execution attitude. Retail knowledge will be advantage
  • Good communication skills with business level spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Power point, Word) and using Pivot Table, V-Look up
