Retail HR and Operation Administrator – Petrol Filling Business

  • Handling Retail HR & Operation related issues such as recruitment, training, salary structure and performance appraisal;
  • Coordinating, responding and resolving first level HR enquiries and issue from petrol filling station;
  • Coordinating office staff recruitment activities with other departments;
  • Participating in internal audit, ISO9001, petrol filling station performance standard and Mystery-Shopper activities;
  • Communicating and monitoring staffing related issue of dealers in franchising station;
  • Performing other ad-hoc duties and/or projects as required in the department.


  • Degree holder in Business, Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • 3 years of relevant experience in retail business operation management;
  • Well-versed with HK Labour Ordinance;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels;
  • Independent, mature, attentive to details, able to deliver timely, quality output and capable of multi-tasking;
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Excellent PC skills on MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing.
