Our client is a global reputable skin care company, they are now looking for an experience candidate to their company:
• Supervise and maintain daily operation of the Sales team in Hong Kong
• Develop and implement retail strategy and analyses the sales result
• Train, coach and supervise the team to achieve sales target
• Monitor sales performance and sales forecasting
• Prepare sales reports and analysis, sales team KPIs reports for management review
• Higher Diploma or above with at least 5 years’ experience in sales and operations in retail industry
• Beauty or skincare experience is an advantageous
• Strong people management and leadership skill
• Proactive, dynamic and able to work under fast-paced working environment
• Excellent communication skill in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
