Retail Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular store visit to manage daily store operations
  • Coach & motivate the sales team to provide excellent service and achieve sales target
  • Responsible for data analysis, sales tracking, targets and BA's KPIs
  • Plan and integrate retail sales strategies with Marketing and Training teams to achieve business results
  • Review and implement operational procedures to maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Maintain stock at an optimum level and contribute to the development of effective inventory control system based on market trends and consumer needs
  • Participate in staff recruitment, training and development projects to develop brand culture and maintain customer service excellence
  • Respond to customer complaints and feedback
  • Participate in business expansion such as store opening projects

PROFILE

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 5 years of sales and retail management experience in cosmetics or luxury products
  • Excellent leadership, people management and staff development skills
  • Result-driven and self-motivated
  • Good Analytical and problem solving skill
  • Good communication and presentation skill
  • Computer literacy
  • Numerically intelligent
  • Fluent command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Willing to devote himself/ herself to grow together with the company
  • A strong track record for over-delivering business targets is a definite plus
