The Role Responsibilities

  • Handle and process the loan maintenance and transactions of Mortgage loan & Personal loan
  • Provide operational support & monitor the performance of Operations Hub centre
  • Provide administrative support and assist in all operational matters
  • Handle internal and external inquiries/ complains confidently and reliably
  • Experience in Account Balancing and Reconciliations are preferable

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Relevant experience in Secured Lending process and Loan system knowledge.
  • Financially numerate with excellent Excel and PC skills
  • Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines and time pressure
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin preferable
