  • Act as first contact point, answer enquiries regarding store location, stock availability, price and other general customer service issues
  • Handle customer complaints via customer hotline & written channels in a professional manner
  • Assist the line manager to resolve customer issues with strong problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Cooperate with other teams to ensure timely resolution of customer requests and problems
  • Prepare the regular customer service report for management review
  • Collect and arrange uniforms, packaging and other materials orders for the stores in timely basis
  • Responsible for the routine operations duties such as uniform, packaging replenishment and database update
  • Participate in ad hoc projects when required


  • Degree holder or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Service Operations or related field
  • 1 - 2 years' experience in retail operations and customer service, experience in luxury retail or sales call center environment will be an advantage
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Retail Operations Officer
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Courteous, patient, independent and with professional telephone manner
  • Proficient in MS Office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing
  • Fluent in written and spoken in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  • Fresh graduates are also considered
