Provide all kinds of administrative and operation supports to operations team and retail shops
Consolidate sales data and prepare sales related reports for manager review
Communicate closely between office and retail shops on daily retail operations issues
Handle customer’s complaint or enquiry through phone or email
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth retail operations
Assist in monitoring of shops’ inventory level and participate in regular stock taking
Perform ad-hoc duties as required to meet retail operations and business needs
A holder of Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
Possess at least 1 years’ working experience in retail field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Able to work under pressure and cope with fast-pace working culture
Well organized, positive, multi-tasking and able to work independently
Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
