Provide administrative supports to Senior Retail Manager (Macau) and retail shops in Macau
Prepare periodic reports and analysis reports of sales / shop performance in Macau Region
Plan and execute the sales and marketing programs to drive sales and increase brand image
Responsible for local event, product launch, shop promotion set-up & coordination in order to achieve the assigned sales target of retail shops
Ensure effective communication between office and retail shops for coordination of operational activities
Analyze and review the effectiveness of promotion activities and product sales target.
Responsible for online media
Work closely with other retail supportive departments, including HR, Marketing, Merchandising, Logistics, and Finance team, etc
Coordinate logistics for new stores setups and closures
Participate in retail operations ad hoc projects as assigned
Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration Management or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of retail and operations experience in multinational retail / FMCG companies preferably, with experience in renowned retail beauty / luxury brands is highly preferred
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
With solid experience in planning, inventory control, order management, process management, project management and logistics
Mature, self-motivated, well organized, hand-on personality, self-driven and able to work under pressure
Proactive, energetic and self-motivated
Proficient in PC operations: MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Frequent travel to Macau is required
