Job Responsibilities

    • Provide full administrative & clerical support to retail operations team
    • Monitor & prepare daily sales report & analysis
    • Monitor the performance of sales team to improve the KPI factors
    • Co-ordinate with different office teams and acts as one of the main contact point between office and stores 
    • Monitor the duty roster planning and maintain all attendance records of team members
    • Support ad hoc projects when necessary  


Job Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant working experience;
  • Self-motivated, independent and mature;
  • Detail orientated, well organized and multitasking;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Power Point;
  • Strong communication skills and inter-personal skills;
  • Flexible and able to work under pressure.
