  • Work closely with Retail Sales Manager and Supervisors to produce the monthly rosters for over 400 retail staff to ensure our stores are running smoothly according to our customers’ needs at any time;
  • Release rosters to all frontline staff on a monthly basis;
  • Review and provide feedback on retail staff’s holiday and day off requests;
  • Review and finalize punch records of retail staff for payroll purposes;
  • Update and maintain accurate system record in the Flex system on retail staff shift duty, off days, leave days, roster changes and abnormal punch records;
  • Arrange in-house and brand training schedule according to sales floor needs;
  • Prepare reports and schedule related information for regular reviews by Retail Sales Manager;
  • Any other ad hoc duties or projects as per assigned.


  • Degree holder;
  • At least 2 years related work experience, preferably in beauty, fashion or retail industry
  • Strong time management and communication skills;
  • Proactive, attention to details and result oriented;
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and under pressure;
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing;
  • Experience with Flex system will be a plus;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Other language skills will be a plus.
