PRIMARY OBJECTIVE

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Retail Operations teams (6 stores and around 450 staff).
  • Communicate closely with Retail Sales team on daily operations issues.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Retail Operations Director.

 

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare monthly rosters for our retail team by coordinating with Retail Operations Managers and Store Supervisors, to ensure our stores are running smoothly according to our customers’ needs at anytime;
  • Work on brands & product training calendar for all our frontline staff upon communicating with Category Managers and Training Manager;
  • Consolidate presentation materials and reports to evaluate and improve sales, operations and customer service (Sales, productivity, stock, replenishment, Brands and Promotions performance, etc.);
  • Responsible for report analysis, and work with Retail Operations Managers with a specific action plan to solve the problem and improve existing situation;
  • Coordinate with in-store operations and related departments on stock replenishment, MIN/MAX settings, price update, and promotions arrangement, etc.;
  • Work closely with Logistics team at HKIA storeroom for GWP, tester, samples, STEB bags and store supplies arrangement to ensure adequate resources for each store;
  • Support all kinds of administration and maintenance works, e.g. ordering of store supplies, general stationery, fixture defects handling, etc.;
  • Monitor information flows, procedures and user guides of Airport Permits with users/units.

 

KEY REQUIREMENTS & COMPETENCIES 

  • Diploma in Business Management or related disciplines;
  • At least 3 years work experience in similar position (fast pace and multi-brands retail company experience will be a plus);
  • Good problem solving, communication and analytical skills;
  • Detail-minded with multi-tasking skills;
  • Excellent in MS Office (especially Excel), experience with SAP will be an advantage;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Cantonese; Knowledge in Korean will be a plus.
