Retail Operations Officer

  • Provide clerical and administrative support to operations team and retail shops.
  • Support Area Managers with all policies and procedures to streamline the stores efficiency.
  • Manage product listings, pricing and conduct competitive offerings analysis.
  • Act as communication channel with other internal departments.
  • Follow up orders and coordinate with all related logistic parties to ensure smooth operation
  • Assist in the coordination of new store opening/renovation project.
  • Ensure operating procedures and workflows of the branches are in compliance with local regulatory and QA policies and procedures of food safety and product quality.
  • Responsible to handle stores administration support such as payment systems, security, maintain general expenses record, maintenance, arrange stock take, etc.
  • Assist in delivering comprehensive training programs to retail staff.
  • Handle other ad hoc projects assignment.
  • Working in different branches is required.
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Retail Operations Executive


  • Diploma holder or above in Business Administration or relevant disciplines.
  • Minimum 2 years retail administration experience with sound skills in handling multiple tasks.
  • Self motivated, able to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
  • A team player with good communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Chinese word-processing.
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
  • Immediate available is preferred.
