We are looking for graduates who are passionate in exploring the O+O retail industry to join our 2023 Retail Operations Trainee Program.

The Program

The 16-month Retail Operations Trainee Program is to develop fresh graduate to discover an exciting career journey in O+O retail business. This program consists of a combination of on-the-job learning, mentoring by experienced executives, formal leadership training and real-life project work which target to develop future managers. You can acquire fundamental skills and knowledge in Retail Operations through taking up different in-store roles and office job attachment. Upon completion of the program, you will be appointed to take up a store managerial position to unleash your potential in the dynamic O+O retail industry.

 

This job is a GOOD FIT for you if you are : 

  • University Degree holder in Business or related disciplines with keen interest in pursuing a career in O+O Retail Industry;
  • CHALLENGER - Love challenge, and love to challenge.  You will question everything. You are not reserved and tend to be energetic, quick speaking and outgoing;

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
