• Key contact for Retail analytics, reporting and data integrity within the Region
• Develop and evolve reporting solutions to provide visibility of the retail KPI’s. Provide deep dive analysis of sales team individual productivity & KPIs reports
• Monitor sales team client engagement progress, track customers recruitment & retention by retail staff. Presenting insights both internally within the team as well as to a range of business stakeholders
• Support all in-store events/activations, analyze the effectiveness of promotions by looking at incremental lift. Provide comprehensive feedbacks
• Coordination on retail operation side of Clienteling / CRM projects, support the roll out of Tulip (customer engagement tool)
• Deliver business analytics and tracking; coordinate customers data analysis & call lists for sales team to follow
• Involve in a wide range of ad hoc exploratory analysis to develop a deep understanding on retail performance
• Works with Retail leadership in developing and delivering strategic presentations for monthly meetings/ brand days



• High Calibre with a strong analytical and retail mind set
• 1 - 4 years of previous experience as retail sales & operation, retail excellence or CRM support role
• Ability to understand and interpret data and communicate it in a concise and relevant way to various stakeholders
• Highly numerate, analytical and be able to find solutions to complex issues, as well as being resolute and determined to find the ‘answer’
• Becomes the key internal expert using & managing retailer portals and performance reports
• Strong user of Microsoft Office Products; Intermediate-Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (v-lookups, pivot tables, macros); PowerPoint
