Retail Operations Manager

Responsibilities:

  • To oversee and manage daily operation of retail shops
  • To ensure high quality of customer service is delivered to meet customers' needs and drive sales, as well as handling customer complaints with tactful manner
  • To drive and motivate shop staff in achieving sales target
  • To interact with internal departments and contribute to the effective implementation of sales activities, business promotion initiatives and merchandising plans at shop level
  • To ensure all directions and guidelines are followed properly in order to achieve and comply with operation standards
  • To analyze all retail related sales and provide recommendation to sales team to follow, such as retail staff productivity, sales promotion analysis and operation workflow analysis, etc.
  • To provide all kinds of operation training supports to frontline staff, make sure all retail staff are well equipped to boost sales and their career development are further enhanced

Requirement:

  • Diploma or above with minimum 5 years retail store management experience
  • Sensitive to number and sales figures
  • Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication skills and be able to work well at various levels
  • Energetic, supportive, independent with self-initiative
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word Processing
  • Willing to work on shift duty, immediate available is preferred
