Reward Analyst - Leading Insurance (1-year Renewable Contract)

Our client is a top-tier investment and insurance organisation serving a wide variety of customers worldwide. As its business is blooming, they are now looking for a Reward Analyst to joing their Rewards team in Hong Kong.

As a Reward Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Support the regional reward team with managing reward policies, programmes and processes across the Company to drive an effective performance culture in accordance to the Group and Company reward principles & governance requirements
  • Primarily responsible for supporting the operations of regional reward programmes including:
  • regional share plan programmes
  • the regional well-being programme
  • other key projects and initiatives

Requirements:

Experience & Education

  • Experience in Compensation and Benefits operations with exposure in management of mobility programmes preferred
  • Strong numeric and commercial sense, attention to detail and good English writing skills
  • University degree with over three years’ experience in HR / Compensation & Benefits in a MNC environment
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) is essential. Fluent Chinese (traditional Chinese written and spoken) a benefit
  • Experience in working with different countries and cultures desirable

Key competencies required

  • Resilient, collaborative and result oriented. Agile, willing to learn and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Organised and good with numbers. Good English writing skills
  • Fundamental project management skills with ability to manage regional projects
  • Good interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships with different stakeholders
