our client is a sizable bank, they are looking for a reward and performance manager - 10 years solid experience in C&B - experience gained from Banks is preferred - excellent PC skills

Job Description
Duties - oversee the performance management system of the Bank and designated subsidiaries - monitor staff cost, conduct staff upgrade/promotion exercise - prepare HR MIS reports for management such as staff turnover rate and promotion rate - oversee the preparation of circular and bankwide organisation chart for the department and movement of senior executives - work with overseas branches to check and consolidate the bank group's data for the Corporate Social Responsibility Report - participated in departmental bonus scheme, salary review , tax equalization, re-grading exercise, benefits review, long service award, employee assistance programme and grievances

Job Requirment
Requirement - University graduate in Human Resources/Business Admin - 10 years of reward and performance experience gained from sizable banks or Financial Institutions - good command of PC skills - analytical, detail-minded and committed - proficient in spoken and written English
