Reward Specialist (Regional - APAC)

  • Handle full spectrum of C&B functions including payroll calculation, benefits, insurances, taxation & pension administration at a timely and accurate manner;
  • Manage monthly payroll verification with Country HRs in Greater China & Southeast Asia (China, Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand);
  • Assist Regional C&B Manager on annual C&B exercises include but not limited to staff cost budgeting, salary review, discretionary bonus and insurance renewal;
  • Assist in reviewing and implementing C&B policies and procedures to meet business needs and local legislation compliances;
  • Support in C&B survey and benchmarking;
  • Liaise with Country HRs on regional C&B projects;
  • Responsible for data consolidation and analysis, and compile C&B analytic reports for both local and regional;
  • Participate in HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.


  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 6 years’ experience in C&B areas, preferably in retail industry; regional exposure in sizable companies is definitely an advantage;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin;
  • Mature and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment;
  • Detail-minded, good time management in fast-paced working environment and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
  • Good team player, with good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Immediate available is preferred.
