Here is what you need to know about the job:

We are now seeking for a full-time Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our Global HR team in Hong Kong.

What you’ll do……

  • Be the Compensation & Benefits lead. Supporting in the design, communication and delivery of key projects relating to Compensation & Benefit, Relocation, Job evaluation and profiling, and other related initiatives.
  • Be the center of excellence partner for HRBP to plan & execute cyclical activities. Reviewing, advising & facilitating annual programs such as Salary Review, bonus payments, salary benchmarking, benefit review and enrolment
  • Be the owner of Rewards & Recognition policies, key operating guideline and HR system process. Reviewing and recommending improvements for policies, guidelines and system process & data to ensure 100% compliance and to achieve operational excellence.
  • Be the Subject Expert Matter for key stakeholders. Apply expertise to develop C&B metrics, prepare & share C&B market best practices with HR & Business leaders to support them to achieve desire outcomes for talent attraction, motivation & retention
  • Be the HK C&B Operations Lead Supporting day to day C&B operations, ensuring data integrity in HR system, working with the global transaction service team to ensure HR, payroll and benefits process all are processed and documented to a high standard

You will thrive in the role if you ……

  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, Business Studies, or related disciplines
  • Possess 7+ years of experience in C&B management
  • Have regional C&B management exposure in Asia Pacific.
  • Have HRBP background experiences is an advantage
  • A result-oriented team player with good business sense and is able to collaborate with different parties to come up the solutions for business
  • Ideally hold Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) & Certified Compensation Professional (CCP)
  • With strong data analytics skills is a must
  • Are highly skilled in Microsoft Excel particularly pivot tables, statistical formula, charts and macros
