Description

  • Act as the key person to develop rewards program for overseas market, including long term incentive plans, performance review process, etc.
  • Liaise with headquarter on LTI program implementation, budget planning and other annual exercise for the group
  • Designing, review and implement long term incentives programs and HR policies to ensure the company consistencies and competitiveness across the market
  • Conduct market review on salary, bonus scheme, benefits plan, incentive scheme for driving business growth
  • Prepares HR related reports and participates in ad-hoc HR projects

Profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in long term incentives ideally financial services institutions
  • Knowledgeable in designing / developing ESOP scheme
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Excellent language skill in both English and Chinese (Mandarin is required)
  • Proactive, smart, hardworking, able to work under fast pace and pressure
