As part of our Risk Advisory team, you will team up with our Advisory professionals and clients to deliver quality services and partake in our growing practice. Our teams are engaged in projects related to internal control and internal audit, risk management and other various transaction support services. You will participate in assignments that will become valuable and intricate part of your career in the advisory career. With each engagement, you will have the opportunity to forge leadership, communication, and engagement management skills, as well as enhance your technical skills and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Participate in various advisory engagements, including internal control review, corporate governance advisory, pre-IPO internal control review, AML compliance review, etc.
  • Conduct on-site and/or phone interviews with C-level personnel at clients of a wide range of industries, perform data analyzes and review business operations.
  • Participate in various transaction service, including due diligence review, business valuation, merger and acquisition advisory. Prepare financial models related to mergers, acquisitions, or other related transactions.
  • Perform industry research as needed on engagements
  • Mentor, train and supervise lower level staff
  • Actively participate in the development of the groups best practices
  • Maintain relationships with key client personnel to obtain an understanding of business operations, processes and functions; and Identify and pursue business development opportunities through industry and networking relationships
  • Provide input to engagement director on suggestions to improve client internal controls;


  • Ability to multi-task successfully within a group environment;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
  • Sound knowledge and experience in internal control system review and practical experience in applying the COSO Framework;
  • Frequent travel to China is required;
  • Candidates with minimum 8 years experience of relevant experience will be considered for the post of Managers;
  • Candidates with minimum 3 years experience of relevant experience will be considered for the post of Senior Associates, candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Associates.
