Risk and Compliance Manager

  • To be a team member of Financial Institutions Department
  • To assist the Division Head in risk management and compliance related matters to ensure the operation of the Division is in compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank Group’s risk management framework
  • To report any risk issues to the parties concerned in a timely manner
  • To develop and establish procedures and control measures in respect of risk & compliance matters
  • To monitor colleagues in the Division work according to the Risk & Compliance Framework
  • To conduct transaction monitoring on financial institutions clients
  • To prepare MIS reports for management review
  • To liaise with relationship managers to handle compliance related enquiries from financial institution clients promptly and efficiently
  • To handle tasks or other duties as assigned

Senior Manager, Credit

Reporting to the Head of Commercial Risk, you will be responsible for performing credit assessment and approving equipment finance loans within delegated authority and ensuring credit underwriting is in compliance with credit policies. You will also be required to undertake other credit related jobs such as credit monitoring and MIS reporting.

 To meet the challenge, you should have the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 10 years of credit related experience in equipment finance business in banks or finance companies
  • Knowledge in SME banking facilities and relevant credit experience will be a plus
  • Analytical mind with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications
  • Good command of English and Cantonese

 Candidate with less experience will be considered as Manager, Credit.

 Senior Manager, Compliance

Reporting to Group Head of Compliance and Chief Executive Officer, you will carry out compliance function for Macau Insurance Company and Macau Pension Fund Management Company in compliance with both internal standards of the Group and external regulatory requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Establish and carry out all compliance functions to ensure that the Company adheres to internal standards and external regulatory requirements
  • Formulate and execute annual compliance plan
  • Formulate, compile and review internal compliance policies and procedures
  • Perform periodic compliance reviews on the Company’s various activities
  • Provide AML and compliance-related training
  • Review statistical reports and various sales activities for identifying any suspicious transactions
  • Reply enquiries from regulators
  • Handle customer complaint cases in accordance with regulatory requirements
  • Perform ad-hoc compliance projects
